We always aim to provide our customers a happy shopping experience when shopping with Route Sweety Sweets however occasionally you may need to return an item.
In order to return an item please contact us with your order number and reason for your return by email at email@example.com
Unfortunately we do not cover returns postage cost so recommend that you return your items via registered post.
Personalized products are non-returnable, which include ‘pick and mix’ or ‘choose your route/create your own’ items. Some goods are non-returnable for hygiene reasons. Please note that this does not affect your statutory rights. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your pick and mix order please contact us by email and we will aim to deal with the same as soon as possible.
Any goods that are returned to us need to be in original sealed packaging.
We are unable to cancel orders once they are prepared and dispatched – If you do wish to cancel your order please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will advise if it is possible to do so.
We will process any refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case within thirty (30) days of the day we confirm via e-mail that you are entitled to a refund.
