We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours of your order confirmation. We use both UPS and Hermes for all our deliveries. Once you have placed your order you will receive a confirmation email and will be advised when the order is being processed. You will receive a subsequent email once your order has been dispatched. You can track your order using the UPS or Hermes tracking number via the UPS or Hermes website.
We always do our utmost to get your order to you as quickly as possible. However, if there are any issues with sending your order you can rest assured that we will be in touch as quickly as possible to resolve any issues or problems.
We offer a number of delivery options for all UK.
Note for UK Customers Only: We use a UPS Next Working Day Courier Service deliveries take place between 7am to 7pm. If you need to re-arrange your delivery or request the parcel be left in a safe place or with a neighbour. Please use your UPS Tracking Number to make the relevant amendments on the UPS Website.
We also use Hermes Standard Service the same is delivered within 2 to 4 days of your order being dispatched. If you need to re-arrange your delivery or request the parcel to be left in a safe place or with a neighbour. Please use your Hermes tracking number to make the relevant amendments on the Hermes website.
Note: Delivery times advised above are estimated times and not guaranteed. If an order has been placed on a Friday it will be dispatched the following week. We do not have control of the delivery service.
Note for UK Customers Only: If you have not received your order within 5 working days of receiving your tracking number and confirmation of dispatch please contact us so we can make the necessary enquiries as issues may have arose with the delivery service.
